CURE S.A. (www.cure-sa.eu) announces a completed management buy-out (MBO) and that a strategic investor has taken a stake in the company. Marco Feiten (41), former and future Managing Director, and Levi Távora Veiga (36), former Director Data Intelligence & Reporting and future Managing Director, have acquired all shares from the former shareholders together with the new strategic investor, Prof. Dr. Martin Vogt (38).
“Since its foundation in 2009, the company has grown into a recognized service provider in the fields of media monitoring and media analysis, data intelligence and social media marketing. Over the past six months, we have set the course to dynamically advance the company in these areas,” Marco Feiten comments. “A complete brand relaunch is currently being prepared for the second half of the year, after which we will concentrate all our energy on further growth and the further development of our expertise.”

Prof. Dr. Martin Vogt, FRM, joins CURE as its new scientific advisor and independent director. As Professor of Business Intelligence, particularly Advanced Analytics, at Trier University of Applied Sciences’ Faculty of Economics, his main research focus lies on data science, data mining, machine learning, statistics and databases. He studied applied mathematics with a focus on economics, and subsequently earned his doctorate from the Chair of Economic and Social Statistics at the University of Trier. Before becoming a university lecturer, he worked in the financial sector for several years and in various positions.
